Message from the Chairman

As the 2009-2010 Chair of the Board of Directors, I am excited to be a part of this dynamic and engaged organization. I have been a member of both the board and the executive committee for several years, and have witnessed businesses taking advantage of the variety of membership opportunities the Lakewood Chamber has to offer.

With our current economic conditions, it is refreshing to see the number of members who are enthusiastically involved in networking, learning and politicizing a positive business agenda. We truly have a membership that is both engaged and supportive of legislative issues that promote a strong business climate.

As Chairman, I will continue to focus and lobby on legislative issues that impact the business community and our ability to do business.  Ongoing support and outreach to our military community remains a significant thrust.  Marketing and networking opportunities will also be a primary service that we offer our membership.
